Still no additional mail from I. Such a "friend."

Received an interesting comment on the Manifesto, comparing it to the Geneva Convention and asking what site inspired it!! ^_^; I'll have to tell them I came up with it off the top of my head--I've never read word one of the Geneva Convention--though I probably did have it in the back of my mind while writing. Eegh...I wonder if their opinion of it will lessen once they find out it was written for a furry story!

I hope some people notice the story and comment...I put up the character list, no comments or views yet, it's pretty extensive. And I think it's outdated already. I have to add a bit more info about Amaranth, for example. I hope I get further on that story someday. This, and Manitou Island, both at once...I'm going to drain!! I'm dropping a bombshell in MI in the next part (probably the last one for a while--that Red Bird sure is full of secrets), but then I have to figure out where it's going...they still need to make it through the winter.

AND...I came back online a bit ago to find someone had rated my "Dreams" diary again and donated 1000 points for it! :*) That was so sweet...agh why do these people always remain anonymous?! I must update my "Thanking Garden," it's so behind all the thanking I should put in it...

On another note, Lord Upuat is just about done. I haven't put his pupils in yet so here we have the wolf god, smirk upon face, with blank white eyes. ^_^ I just couldn't bring myself to draw them in, even though I wanted to scan him to save a B&W copy so I can color the original in. He didn't turn out QUITE the way I wanted him to--I think his arms are a bit big for the rest of his body, his hips lean too far back, and his hands, egh, don't get me started, but his face actually looks pretty good IMO. Well, I can never be perfect, neither can almost anyone else's art I see online. They post their things without shame, I guess I shouldn't be ashamed of him. I scrapped the first sketch of Bastet--her nose is too long--and sketched a small pic of just her head. She's so adorable! But still no luck with Anubis. *sigh* I'm going to try to look over some Balto pics to see if they can help me...

Well, I suppose that was all...isn't my life just dripping with excitement?
