Well all right, now there were SEVEN reads to my last entry. That's a lot for a Saturday when just about everyone is gone for the weekend.

I spent all night...literally...uploading all the available D4D chapters to the D4D_A. There have got to be over two hundred pages there now, at least; it takes forever for the file manager to load. I should have used directories but they're so tedious; you've seen how anal I get when it comes to sorting, the reason I'm deleting these things now is in an attempt to alleviate that. ("Alleviate" is not the word I was looking for...my word ended in "-fy"...but I can't think of it. It's not modify or mollify...no idea. *sigh*) I'm going to have to edit most pages again when I'm done though...I just noticed I have centering tags on some, despite the fact that the text is by default centered...and despite my best efforts, there are STILL some extra bold tags in some places. *sigh* How did my code for this site get so very screwed up?

Anyway...I then came back here and deleted all the D Is For Damien unfinished novels and their folders, and finally the D4D unfinished folder itself. That was 22 folders, and each of the 21 subfolders had at least one item each, some more. So that was a lot deleted, over 700kb by my reckoning. (Ugh, I hate that word, it sounds hickish.) Still, I checked my item totals, and I have no idea how it figured out...

Previously:

Total static items (on Authors list): 650
Total items: 984

Now:

Total static items: 589
Total items: 901

??? How did I get rid of so many?? I figured it would be around sixty, tops...MAYBE seventy...but eighty?? How did that happen?

Well, I have yet to do the rest of the unfinished stuff, the Background stuff, some miscellaneous things, and my Kiddie stuff. And most of my pictures. But I'm so very tired of deleting for today that I have to quit.

Have to log off and eat now. Sorry this was so very boring, but it's not as if my life is a bundle of fun.
