I keep suggesting to myself that I should make myself write an entry in here every day even if I don't want to. Then never do. Who cares. I'm just posting to say that Skew is still here.

To anyone I still owe e-mail to (there's only one I can think of at the moment...the other two I sent cards, though I should still send them e-mails), I'll get to it...I just have to hide my head in embarrassment for a while.

But if I don't get back to you, and if you see this, the answer is: Eight books. I used it to buy eight books, about writing and mythology, and have a little left over. (I MIGHT get my mom a beading book, if she can make up her mind which one.) The total was so high I got free shipping, though in reality that means slower shipping...but at least it's free slower shipping. Eight books about writing and mythology should make me feel a little better, whenever they arrive. They haven't shipped yet, so it might be a bit. But that's what I got, and I know I'll love them, and I very very VERY much appreciate the gift. It's not technically a gift since I earned it, but I'm so used to doing everything for free that it felt like a gift anyway...I wish my whole family would take the hint and get me Amazon gift certificates for Christmas...

And no, I did not take the sorcerer comment as a threat. Though I still dispute being a sorceress. I'd like to be something that lives in the woods. Like a...ahm...I don't know, a fox spirit or something. I watch too much Inu-Yasha.

I know, this entry makes zero sense. At least it's better than the last one though.
